In the studio of Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy, newly elected president of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte said that he will be a DICTATOR but a DICTATOR to the forces of evil.
He stressed that he will not allow corruption, criminality, and oppression to the Filipino people in his governance. He said that they should STOP doing evil and abide in the law for a peaceful & clean government.
A leader must be a terror to the few who are criminals, drug lords, drug pushers, rapist, corrupt politicians and law enforcers. That is according to Mayor Duterte.
