    1. doctors don't need salary increase, just improve your relationships to pharmaceutical companies & corporation, they can give free vacation to disney land

    2. Public doctors earn very much lower than those who are practicing privately, thus we have very few doctors in the rural/health areas. I guess this is what Mr. Anonymous was referring. If we increase the hiring rate for public doctors, maybe, just maybe, we can entice some doctors to work with the government. This applies to teachers also. If public school teachers salary is doubled, I guess they would perform better. See the correlation?

How much tax will be increased? Kung mataas masyado ang tax sa mga businesses, tataas din ang mga presyo at maging konti ang hiring for new jobs.

    3. Right..dito sa US legal yung cannabis. Very helpful yan.

      Delete
    4. Potheads trying to defend legalization of marijuana. Yeah "medicinal" marijuana should be legalized but not ones without prescription as it is addictive and could lead to the person in question to abuse such item.

      Delete
    5. Even in Canada the legal use of Marijuana is still under provincial reviews. Yes, it is currently provided publicly with prescription, but there has been no sufficient evidence that it alleviates pain and many alternatives to these opioids are pursued by provincial governments. I know this because I work in the sectoe that does the review for Legalization of Marijuana. Im not sure with the situation in the Philippines is the govt can control abuse once you make this legal.

      Delete
    6. Excuse me po, yes that's true in some states, but cannabis is not legal in most states. I agree for it to be use as a medical alternative for special cases, but knowing Philippines, mostly it's not going to be use as medical medium, it's mostly for addiction/abuse and a source of illegal business.

For Small and medium business,The gov't will have an initial 1 Billion pesos per year capitalization for the vendor and businessman to have a loan.Depending on the nature of business and its capability to return the capital amount on a certain period agreed on the terms..(of course its not free because it will serve to roll over also other business and vendors to start some capital). The good thing here is no collateral and just a service charge of a small amount with zero interest per month, just provide the requirement such as your business permit or a certification that you are a vendor from your accredited organization (to avoid fly by night fraud vendor).God bless.

  32. Good PM, Mr. Duterte should also take into consideration the plight of the Senior Citizens. There are still those who are of advanced age but still are capable to work, though not necessarily physically, but mentally and intellectually. Or they can be helped by lending them capital to engage in business and/or some livelihood enterprises. This is a better and more appropriate and honorable way to make this group of society still useful and can still contribute something good to the community that they belong than just mere relying on Old Age and Retirement Pensions and/or relying on their more stable and abler Sons, Daughters, and/or Relatives to sustain them through the years!

I suggest to Mr President to investigate all the wealth of the public officials upon taking over and if proven that some of their wealth are ill-gotten, it should be sequestered and the money collected can be use as an additional fund to support all your plans aside from the budget that will be handed over to you when you start office. However, additional input to be added in your plan is to increase financial awareness. Proliferate financial literacy to everyone. Increasing salary is not only the solution but also proper education when it comes to handling money. You have a big heart Lolo Rody and most of all you have a vision. More improvements in facilities of international ports deeper water bed ports means larger vessels can dock and it means larger income of ports. Paigtingin din sana ang kakayahan ng mga coast guards and specially Philippine Navy dahil sa ang Pilipinas ay binubuo ng napakaraming isla sila ang magiging frontlines incase of international conflict and even domestic communism. It means that we have to give big amount of considerations to our coastal waters and international boundaries. This I guess will give the Philippines a boost of reputation if we can protect the ocean sorrounding the Philippines. Tama ba yon?

Can you consider to eliminate/abolish "PROVINCIAL RATE" for all employees working in respective provinces in the Philippines? Usually, mas mataas pa ang bilihin sa probinsya kesa sa sweldo ng empleyado so there's nothing left in their pockets.

Sirang sira na ang Pilipinas way before he even sits down sa Malacanang. It is hard to tell that all the "hinaing" of people will be granted all at ones. Give him time and besides he haven't even started yet. He is already bombarded with issues as it is..so give him more time to come up with better and more ideas that he could implement.. trial and error. He is allowed to make mistakes. But for us of course there won't be any room for that. But you shouldn't expect way too much from him. He said he will do his best. And we as Filipinos have to do the same. We shouldn't be relying everything on him kasi as a person or human being he could only take so much. Especially with his role. I believe he will let everyone know what he is doing and when its done. positive thinking is always good.

There should be a strict implementation from either LTO or Car companies to conduct an inspection, should require owners that before they can buy or own a vehicle, they should have their own parking area in their houses and not just park in the street. Only qualified and Licensed Drivers, who have underwent LTO examination, Drug Test, and with no criminal record is only allowed to drive. Hulihin ang unfit drivers and give them a program for rehab, give them seminars and should passed written/actual driving exam before they get their drivers license back. No more fixers sa LTO or palakasan system. Limit the mass realeasing of motorcycles, and should revised laws on motorcycles dealers on low downpayments or pautang system of motorcycles. Upgrade and repair the old LRT/MRT and build an advanced train station interconnecting with old train station. Train fare should be at minimum rate. Just an idea... GOD BLESS FILIPINOS!
